Descend your private staircase to the waterfall pool and head to the beach a few steps away. Or bring groceries in the back entrance that leads directly to the parking area with no steps. No need to lug things up stairs or into an elevator like other units in the complex.

Casa Poinciana sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a covered porch overlooking the waterfall pool, full kitchen, central A/C, cable TV, free WiFi, and dedicated parking. This condo also has a washer and dryer and ample room for surfing gear. The entire condominium complex has 24-hour security.
